. I will not mention his (ANNKE) name. I spent 3 days getting it working and had to wait 12 hours before I got a response from the techs. Zosi was taken out of the box and within 5 minutes I had my camera installed, connected to the internet and reviewing images on my Android phone. I'll admit that a full installation will take some time due to the wiring required, but that's true of any wired system. PROs. Works right out of the box! The cameras give good shots at night and lots of useful stuff and I can see up to 60+. The viewer app was easy to set up and streams all connected cameras. Whenever I needed information, it was easy to find it on Google. It pretty much does what it promises. Defects. There is some cropping around the edges of the screen. A VGA cable should solve this problem. The Zosi Smart app is a bit clunky but gets the job done. I wish the DVR had a remote control instead of a mouse. So overall I'm very happy with it. So much so that I sent another one back and won't even use it to back up my shop. For this I take another Zosya.
