I've noticed my cuticles look a lot better, but I'm still not sure if it's getting any better.
This cream is very different from what I usually use. I always thought that a slightly greasy feeling meant my hands were hydrated, but this product stays smooth with no visible residue. I've noticed that my cuticles look a lot better, but I'm still not sure if this improves the skin on my arm. This is my second tube so I'll withhold judgment until it's gone.
