Review on 💧 Coghlan's Expandable Water Carrier: Convenient 2-Gallon Solution in White by Richard Summerall

I've had one of these for over twenty years but somehow managed to lose it so I had no hesitation in ordering a replacement. Please understand that they are not suitable for some purposes as the container takes on an awkward shape when filled and does not hold well when filled when loaded with other cargo. There are other designs better suited to carrying your only water supply for a weekend hike. You need a hard container for something like that. Where this pitcher shines is in the unique temporary use I have. I often take my pickup on long trips to places where there is no way to fill the tank with water from a hose. Most places have some kind of faucet though, so I use this pitcher to pump water. It sits comfortably on my shoulder when I'm refueling my camper. Thanks to the foldable design, I can easily squeeze the pages to speed up the transfer. I added a short length of tubing to the jug nozzle to make the process easier. Best of all, this pitcher folds down to about 2 inches thick for easy storage when not in use. This jug is also good for camping in a tent etc if you have limited storage and know you can fill it up when you arrive. As long as I don't lose this one it should serve me for years to come.
