I first purchased these items before I had carpal tunnel surgery in my hand they did a good job of me of helping me release the trap nerve in my wrist and taking down the numbness and tingling I experienced in my fingers. After surgery I continue to use them as my physical therapy to regain my range of motion as well as the strength of my grip.
