Purchased solely for use on Nintendo Switch and works great. Exactly what I was looking for. Bought from 8Bitdo direct seller (I prefer to buy direct from Amazon or from the manufacturer so that's a plus) and mine came with the latest firmware (1.28) already installed. Paired with my DS4 on the first try and works flawlessly. It's a cheap alternative to buying a $60-$70 Nintendo Pro controller, especially if you already have a controller. The brooch pin was a nice touch, I will add it to my work bag. Be sure to hold down the button on the adapter while plugging it into your computer or it will not recognize the firmware update. To connect the DS4, press the sync button on the adapter, then press and hold the PS button + Share button for about 5 seconds until the light starts flashing white.
