Review on Spectre Performance Air Intake Kit SPE-9920: Enhance Horsepower & Torque, Perfect Fit for 97-04 FORD/LINCOLN (Expedition, F150, Navigator) by Dang Reid

CAI looks nice under the hood but that's about it. Cheap materials and nothing fits without modifications, not to mention the grommet that came with this unit doesn't fit properly in the air temp sensor recess, I had to cover it with silicone to keep it in place. Ultimately I didn't see much chance of performance other than a horrible whistling noise when accelerating or braking.
