Quality parts were used in the manufacture of this product. However, there is another design that I think works better. I tried using this with a hitch extender and a 500lb load carrier loaded with 6 x 50lb bags of deer corn (300lbs total) and it didn't hold things tight or sag. In my opinion plated clutch forks work better.
