Great Platform For Applicant Tracking System

I like how easy it was to use for my small team (2).
It's also very user friendly so people who are new can jump right into using this platform without any training or help from our HR department! The only thing i dislike about RecruitViews system would be their pricing model which makes you pay after each month if there isn't enough leads generated by users within those 30 days timeframe but overall great product!! We were able to get more qualified applicants through recruit view as compared other online platforms we used before such as Jobvite & Simply Hired/HireVue etc..

Pros

Great customer service; they had excellent response times with all issues
Very intuitive UI, easily accessible in mobile devices too.
flexible schedule options including fulltime regular work hours shiftwork shifts partime contract employment
