I ordered the Large and, when that was clearly the wrong size, ordered a Small.Sending both back.I’m short-waisted and tall-ish (5’9”) and 135lbs. More apple than pear shaped.As you can see in the photo, while the sleeve length/width and body-width changes from the Large to the Small, the location of the waist drawstrings do not. As the size went up, the coat basically got wider everywhere without getting taller (and it was already wide to begin with).This meant that BOTH coats cinched around my ribcage instead of my waist. This was both unflattering and uncomfortable.My suspicion is that these have been rebranded with US sizes but these are actually proportionally built like Asian styles. (Stay petite in height but get wider with size increases.)I would venture to guess that you’d want to be 5’6” or shorter (the average height of a woman in China in 2014) for this to fit as intended.A Small would have worked for me if it were narrower through the torso/bust, had longer sleeves, and had the drawstring waist dropped by three inches.No objections to the construction or quality of the coat. Wish it would have worked out!
