I couldn't give zero stars so it only gets one. I bought two packs thinking I got a good deal. The original cartridge differs from them in that it lacks the very important protrusions on the ends that protrude outward and help guide the cartridge in and out of the printer. Without those little tabs, these cartridges are USELESS. They do not get into the printer easily and are very difficult to remove. I thought I would break my printer trying to put in one of these cartridges. I ended up returning them, just spending more money and buying a genuine Canon hardware cartridge from my local business supply store. The original cartridge on the internet is also not much cheaper than in the local store. Make sure you buy a Canon cartridge that does more pages because it contains more toner, that's the only difference.
