I've been looking for a set that isn't as heavy as the Blackstone set to make small meals like eggs, bacon etc. This set is just what you need. I have found that I use the spatulas in this set more than my Blackstone as they are easier to use for french toast, omelettes etc. My wife also prefers them for their lighter weight. Are they as strong, heavy or long as the Blackstone? No, it's an idea. You can see them in the picture I posted next to some of the Blackstones. I think this set has its place in the market and I'm very glad I got it. I expect them to be durable too as the grips are made of durable plastic like the Blackstone.
