It didn't work, follow the return
First, there was no remote control with the product. With a device like this, you're pretty much assuming there's a remote control. And there was no specification, no remote control. Second, it didn't work. I couldn't play regular DVDs on it. So I returned it. I was charged a 20% restocking fee for a product that didn't work! Also, I had to pay for the return shipping.
