OK fresh install so I'll have to upgrade later. The racks arrived well packaged in new packaging, with instructions on a small folded piece of paper. For those who have never replaced elevators, YouTube is a great source for videos showing how to do it yourself. They cost about $30 *each* at many auto parts stores. I received them, delivered in two days for just over $20 a pair. Installation was fairly easy, a screwdriver was required and I used a larger wrench to tap lightly on the lever to dislodge it from the ball mount. The total installation time is about 10 minutes. Help is advised as once you let go of the first jamb this door will fall and it is heavy. These jacks raised my hatch a few inches higher which is nice as I no longer hit my head when loading and unloading. They work well and appear to be well made.
