Comes with instructions but the whole book is the same two pages over and over again. The longer sides are very wobbly and flimsy so I think I can return them. This thing is HUGE. Takes up most of your living room, which is good, but it really is a giant. Looks like it could fit a "queen size" mattress. It had enough balls to fill a very small basket and a basket clip on the hoop which is very nice. There is a small pocket on one of the long sides, big enough to hold just one pack of tissues. It comes with 4 colorful pull handles but the long side is so wobbly that I don't think I would allow my kid to use it. There are two U-shaped zipper holes on opposite ends of the two longer sides, which I like. I originally went with this model, which is $40 more expensive than the others, because it's marked as "portable with carrying case." But it's literally just a very thin zippered pocket that you can throw all your sticks in. It does not work. You have to disassemble it completely. So save $40 and buy the one without the case. Edit: On return 3.5 months after purchase the sidebar broke while my 9 month old held it. DO NOT BUY
