A bit big looks well made
My 18 month old usually wears 4 in most shoes. 4-5 was too big and returned free and easy. I took 3-3.5 and they fit much better. I like that they have a reinforced toe, easy to put on, durable non-slip rubber sole and a very cute design. Update: my daughter has worn them all week without complaining so they are just plain comfortable. They've held up quite well after a week at the beach and pool.
