great until you need to reset

I really like the features of this device. It has multiple charging options from a single outlet. The cable is also long. As I use it, the cord runs under the sofa and exits in an L-shaped corner. When we charge the phone, plug in the laptop, plug in the work lamp, etc.: everything is right on the sofa. Unfortunately, and it probably won't affect most people, but for us here in suburban Texas, we have power outages fairly regularly. We have old phone wires for electricity, not underground. And when the wind blows faster than 18 km/h, we get a short power peak. So the light goes off and on again. Here's how the power flash affects this little device: it cycles on and off, and it doesn't turn on until I take it out of the wall for a while, then plug it back in, and then wait a minute or two to press it and hold the power button. I had no idea - just accidentally tried it after almost giving up. Acted like a fuse had blown. BTW there is no way to swap the fuse - not that I can say. So if you have a power outage, you have to unplug it for a while - maybe 10 minutes - then plug it back in and wait a minute - then hold down the power button until it flashes red and then turns green. If you're just trying to turn it on, you'll be waiting indefinitely. Will not happen. I think most people can experience a power spike once a year. But we have it about every 2-5 weeks. Because of this, I'm a bit frustrated with the device. Again, I don't think this will affect most people, but I wish the fuse could be replaced if it ever blows. Thank you!
