Lifetime guarantee! The original part failed and cost thousands of dollars to repair. This part is wrong! I'm not sure when it was originally installed, but it crashed, taking my time, blood, sweat, and tears. No joke! Even worse is trying to find a replacement part online or elsewhere! It's an unfortunate double that took me 2 weeks (too much), way too many hours of searching, abandoning local plumbing stores (because I'm just a regular person) and an unclear nest size just to remove the original was the main thing for me! I finally located a manufacturer who referred me to a 3rd party warehouse that has over 700 parts needed! (Yes, of course 😐) I finally installed it. It took 1 person with a full time job, 2.5 months to complete a complete bathroom remodel (due to damage), 4 people going crazy sharing 1 bathroom (including midnight burglaries), all because of that one little piece of metal and plastic very shit come with a lifetime guarantee. Also, the part works great! 🙂
