LOVE IT! I have terrible knee problems. Bought one for my left knee, worked like a charm. The man was jealous, bought one for his left knee and another for my right knee. They are great at holding things in place and applying a lot of pressure. I have used adjustable ones in the past, they are the WORST. Benefits: - Keeps the kneecap straight. - Nice and firm / Silicone grip doesn't slip even when you sweat profusely - Gap behind the knee, that's an amazing feature. ! Allow the knee to bend slightly - the toe tabs are a small thing, but we use them both to tighten the brace. - closed patella, I have used open patella clamps on a number of occasions, they get misaligned and end up pushing my patella into a position where it isn't. Cons: - can be a little warm. Says it's ventilated, the back of the knees is cool due to the cutout, but the rest is quite warm. I use this in combination with knee taping. The husband uses it as a standalone device. Both users are very happy with it.
