Review on UDA ConstructionOnline by Carlos Chan

This is great for tracking work progress since you can upload photos of your actual site! It's not as easy or intuitive at first but once we get used having this tool makes our jobs easier because everything gets tracked in one place which reduces paperwork by orders/numbers (i'm pretty sure). I wish they had an option where each job got its own color code so that when looking up projects i could just see what was current without scrolling past other colors from years ago etc.. Also would be nice if there were some filters such like 'projects with no submittals', then filtering those down into another filter called "Projects requiring subs". We are able use these two together now instead of going back through old files searching them manually trying find out exactly how many days have passed between dates before starting new ones!! Now my manager doesn't need me constantly checking their inboxes every day asking about status reports anymore; he has access right away even outside normal business hours.
