I got my pants today and tried them on and they really do fit perfectly! I have small hips and most pants don't fit the way I want them to. But when I tried them on, they fit like pants! Just enough space for thermal underwear or fleece leggings and still fit well. Not bulky. I ordered a large one. I wear size 11 shorts and they don't interfere with the seating area. They fit like skinny pants! I would recommend everyone to buy them! Hope that helps.
