This stand works great and the headset fits the Elite Strap perfectly. However, the back of the stand, where the "triangle" on the strap is located, is a bit annoying. For the headset to fit properly, the strap needs to be pulled about halfway. It doesn't matter, but there is a ledge at the bottom of the stand where you need to insert the strap. This means the headset is somewhat locked in place, and if you try to pick it up without considering that lip, you'll be lifting the entire stand with it and things will fall off. Believe me. It's a minor annoyance but could easily be removed and provide the same level of support without having to lift the headset so carefully.
