I like that it is very simple to use for my clients as well! It has been great being able to do something so easy but also get results from our advertising campaigns in such an efficient way!! The reporting system can be difficult at times; however this isn't always their fault or ours - sometimes you just have bad luck when entering data into your reports etc. Sometimes we are not given any help by support either (which they did provide us last time) which was disappointing because then there wasn’t much point contacting them again about anything else really. We've used other software before where everything seemed complicated until someone explained how things worked properly once all of those options were set up correctly. This product seems quite new still though? So far no issues reported yet?!
