Ordered the first flashlight and received the product which was badly scratched, had imperfections in the finish on the black base, strange white paint marks on the cord, gold paint visible where it shouldn't be, dent and rust spot on the mounting plate . And the whole mounting plate is wrongly positioned; You can't hang the lantern with the side screw holes as intended (or safely) because they turned the cord cutout upside down (hey guys, you need to position the tapered end of the screw holes ABOVE the round part, not under it. because, you know , then it just falls off the wall). You cannot turn the plate to the right position because of the cable. I ordered an exchange and two lamps came. Better paint job but SAME mounting plate misalignment. And the vents at the top aren't actually punched through. And the cable is kind of weirdly twisted. And the black base has a small dent. But I will not return it for the third time. Note that the directions aren't quite right (the included anchors are terrible, but you can't just drive the anchors straight into the wall) and you need to be sure to separate the mounting plate. before mounting it to the wall (trust me you'll want to tighten the screws right above the panel given the ridiculous vertical hanging limitations), but ironically the instructions show the correct assembly.
