My 3 year old really enjoys foam space set. I pull this out when I’m cooking dinner and he will happily sit at the kitchen island and play by himself. Each space ship has 2 colors of foam, a little figurine, 2 small accessories (ex: plastic flag, candle) and stickers. He uses the stickers to decorate the clear portion of the space ship. The foam is a bit stiffer than I expected so he has a hard time forming into into different shapes. However, he still spends lots of time with this set doing independent play using his imagination. Clean up is a breeze and I think this is far less messy than play dough or slime. Overall, any toy that captures his attention, sparks his imagination and is easy for me to clean is a win!*includes small parts that could be choking hazards for kids. My child still puts plastic pieces in his mouth so I always keep a close eye on him when he’s playing with this.
