The bots are very efficient, the platform is easy to use. It's really fast and easy to get started. I was able to setup my first bot in a few minutes, without needing to hire an expert. And now i'm adding new features all the time. No need for any manual process. Really great tool to have at your disposal. There's nothing that i dislike so far. Maybe some minor bugs here and there but they should be fixed soon enough. Have fun with chatbots. Building conversational solutions since 2015. We offer Bot-to-Bot integrations, BOT to WEBhooks, API and SDK integrations. The best part of Chatbase is its reporting which makes it easy to find a problem at first glance. I don't have any dislikes about this platform so far. The customer support is also very helpful, you can contact them via email or phone. So far everything is perfect for me. This tool is good to track and analyze the performance of your bot on real time. It's great if you want to keep an eye on your bot performance without having to go to your dashboard every now and then.
