Shipping was fast and arrived as advertised. I chose another Shurflo pump attached to a black bucket due to the price and higher performance of this pump. Some additional assembly work is required, e.g. B. wiring for the power supply, getting the right size and gauge of tubing for the job you need the motor for, choosing a stable platform and bolting it to that base, among other things. Please note that the wiring is supplied with mini wire connectors, so mini spade connectors are required to plug into the wires provided. Nobody (Home Depot, Walmart, Ace, or Family Hardware) had mini spade connectors, so I had to cut them off and use butt connectors. .It would be nice to get a pair of mini spade connectors as they were hard to find and cheap to ship. I've used it to remove 4.5 liters of cold (and old) diesel on my sailboat and it did a very good job in about 10 minutes. Why it was cold is a long story. It appears to be solidly built and should last a long time. One oil change, hopefully many more to come.
