Improved sleep - my new review
I am now 7 months pregnant; I have been using this about a month now. I purchased this for lower back pain and lightening crotch and umbilical hernia. I no longer have back pain. My hernia tends to hurt after a long day or too much bending. The pillow stabilizes me. I am also an avid back sleeper. This allows me to have something propped under me so I'm not totally flat on my back. Only negative I have is the fabric can make you feel warmer than desired. I sleep with a fan so that helps.
