I used the size chart and based on that I ordered a 36. Maybe if it had more holes I could make it work but as it didn't I'm sending it back. I've already ordered 34. Otherwise a great belt. Very good quality and made in the USA. I recommend ordering your waist measurement. If you want it with low-rise jeans, then go upstairs. My jeans are below the belly button
