I bought these socks in 2014 and then ordered them again in 2016 from the same catalogue. Unfortunately, these are different socks, and the quality and comfort are simply incomparable. Keep in mind that the great five star reviews you see are most likely for a different product. I included a picture of one of my old socks over the new one. The old version is more convenient. This is a higher cotton content, sole and fingers are arranged differently. A new sock is cheaper and less itchy on your feet. What worries me is not only that the socks are of poor quality, but also that I was fooled by many great reviews on another product. And is it just me, or are a lot more sellers dumping cheap junk on Revain these days? Perhaps both Haynes and Revane should protect their brands better.
