Works well for Halloween costume
I used this complete Halloween costume and it worked well. It had an odd smell when I took it out of the box so if you plan on wearing it as part of an outfit I would air it out first. I pinned it to the judge's robe, but it was easy to sew or glue on. It has no buttons or hooks, so you have to take care of it yourself.
