Slightly damaged when opened
This item was packaged in a large bubble mailer along with two other items (disk and small box 2Wx5Dx2H). The antistatic bag containing this item had an open slit at the bottom from which the contact side dangled. Today I installed a floppy disk drive in my computer and couldn't get my gum into the slot because the plastic adapter was crumpled. I had to spread it out just enough to properly insert the gum. I'm just waiting for my power supply for my computer and we'll see if the device reads.
