The best thing about this product was that it allowed us all of our business needs under one roof (we are an advertising agency).

It's also very easy for users who have never used any sort web-based system before because everything can be done from within their own browser with no need or desire/ability use anything else! There really isn't much I dislike as far how we were able get what needed getting accomplished in such little time without having too many people involved - which would normally take longer than necessary due mainly do lack experience working together like so efficiently when there aren’t enough hands available at once!! We've been using EDIRECTORY since 2007 but had not realized until recently just HOW MUCH MORE EFFICIENT IT HAS BEEN FOR US OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS.
