Virtual Reality tool useful if your client doesns't respond

I like how the platform gives you access to everything about the company. You can know the people working for them. Their culture, what they're interested in etcI feel like using VR is not just limited to the company itself but their clients as well. The other day I made a call to this company asking a simple question about the customer service of the system. I was shocked when I realized that the person I spoke with didn't even have any clue about what he/she was talking about! But since I'm already working on the project, it's a great thing to do since we're still learning. There aren't too many resources online and I like how VR has helped me learn so much. The user interface is very attractive and easily understandable,it also has an option for adding products in bulk which helps me save time while entering data.The price can be increased as it's not free but still I like its simplicity and easy navigation options available. Nothing much, everything seems to work fine and there isn't anything I dislike about this software! It is great for my business needs by allowing me to store information regarding our customers with ease.

Pros
  • Great way finding product info
  • Fast loading speed (at least compared wth others)
  • Easy entry method into databases.
  • User friendly UI makes things better than previous ones especially considering all these new applications now being used every single second
Cons
  • Not completely automated at times where sometimes inputting values manually or having someone enter something from start would make more sense
