Glad I don't have to lift anymore.
The trailer jack works decently but I had to rearrange it to get the clip to hold tight enough. I have a small Harbor Freight collapsible trailer and the tongue is quite small compared to most trailers. The nice thing is that I no longer have to raise the drawbar to move the trailer. The swivel wheel works great and allows me to maneuver the trailer to where I want to store it.
