Review on A-Tech 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1333MHz PC3-10600 Desktop RAM Kit - Non-ECC Unbuffered DIMM 1.5V 240-Pin Memory Upgrade Modules by Junee Mauck

This pack of two DIMMs had a faulty module that gave an error code during POST. Just to confirm that it was probably not an "operator" error, I swapped the slots with a second new DIMM and still got the error. I tried other combinations to identify the faulty unit and then called A-tech support (on the blister pack) to report the results. Within seconds I had a live engineer arranging for a replacement DIMM to be shipped. Received the new part 3 days later and have had no further issues with this 4GB update. Postage was paid for both the new DIMM and the RMA. Although I was disappointed with the initial crash, a simple fix kept the 5-star rating. Well done
