I bought these cartridges for my Canon MG3022 printer. I don't print very often, so I didn't want to spend $75 on $50 printer ink. I have previously purchased several other generic cartridges and they worked fine, but this seller has stopped selling cartridges for this printer. So I ended up buying them. They initially worked well and printed about 20 pages from these cartridges. Haven't used the printer in the last few weeks. But today I was just trying to print the one page I need and the printer gives an error message (included in attached photo/screenshot) that these cartridges are either "not installed properly" or "not compatible with this printer" are ". First, I haven't removed them since I installed them, and they've worked fine. After seeing this error message, I uninstalled and reinstalled them, but still got the exact same error message. So it works not about how they are installed, this means that for some reason the printer suddenly "recognized" that the cartridges are not canon branded, in any case I think I would have to go ahead and pay the extra $25 for those Canon as I just threw away the $47 they cost me We strongly recommend NOT to buy these cartridges just bite and buy there s original, it will cost you less $ and end up a headache.
