Really good quality citric acid at a good price. I use it for both bathing and cooking (try mixing it with sea salt and cayenne pepper instead of fruit! It tastes amazing and prevents most fruit from turning brown). The crystals are slightly larger than coarse sea salt flakes and are slightly tubular. Imagine if it were half the size of an ice cream topping. So they don't dissolve instantly, but they still work for things like bath foam. It's also more comfortable on the tongue and doesn't scratch your mouth like jagged foods.
