The worst headset. in phone accessories
The worst headset. Ever since I switched from my old Plantronics to this Plantronics Savi 8200 Series 207322 Wireless Headset System. When I call, all I hear is a constant ringing. customers drop out. It's totally random. There is a hum in the headset that makes me restart the headset every time. I love the old one, but after 10 years I wanted more and better. It was well reviewed which is why I bought it. It was terrible. total divorce. We tried customer service and so far they have not helped.
