Let me start by saying that this product will probably suit some people. However, the vendor (Stereo Sound in Texas) of the product is anything but. It turns out the description does not state that this product will not work with the 5" radio in Ram trucks and probably all other vehicles with 5" radios. Unfortunately it doesn't work in my situation. I have been dealing with the process of returning this product for almost 3 weeks. I finally got an email from the supplier (Stereo Sound in Texas). Now I'm being told I have to pay a 50% restocking fee and also shipping. If you want to order from Stereo Sound, make sure you don't need their customer support.
