I purchased this to take on vacation to Florida where it was going to be hot. I had never used anything of this nature so I figured I would try, I looked up several different ones and decided on ChafZone. I didn't try it prior to my first hot day in Florida I can't say it worked or didn't as I didn't any problems with chafing. But I did break out in a reddish rash like area in my inner thighs. I ceased using ChafeZone. The red rash area cleared up in a few days. I now have a product that I can't use. If you purchase this product try on an inconspicuous area a few days prior to when you really need to use it.
