Wow! I enjoy! The volume of the sound coming from the TV is sufficient. But the soundbar allows me to crank up the volume without having to poke the TV speakers. When watching a Blu-ray movie without a soundbar, I can't get enough volume out of the TV speakers to enjoy the music and not skip the dialogue. Adding a soundbar made a big difference. I can still hear the music (cinema mode) without missing a word! Using Music mode brings the soundtrack to the fore and reduces dialogue volume. These modes also work with TV sound. I used Bluetooth mode to connect to my laptop. The sound from the soundbar brought my games to life. I didn't like the soundtrack in any of my games until I heard it through the soundbar. listen, the second wow is coming! I'm a Prime member who hasn't been able to enjoy music through Prime Music before. I downloaded the Prime Music app. I've listened to Simon & Garfunkel, The Eagles, Foreigner, Beethoven, Garth Brooks, Whitney Houston, Elton John and Neil Diamond. I jammed like I hadn't in years. I gasped and gasped through the music! This soundbar has brought joy into my life! Haven't tried the USB mode or the learning feature on the remote yet, but I will and will update this review when I do. I've been on a big learning curve lately so I'm going to give my brain a break! Prime Day brought the Firestick 4K and with it the need for an HDMI switch. By the way, I share my problems with placing the soundbar. I couldn't appreciate the digital sound quality. I ended up having to plug the soundbar's RCA connector (cable included) into my TV's headphone jack. This is an older model of the 19" Element. I'm having trouble connecting my TV with an optical cable because my TV's optical port seems to have stopped working. I know this because another soundbar that uses the optical port no longer makes noise Replacing the optical cable with a good quality optical cable did not help.
