. The packaging was as expected - a plastic case. The handles have a very nice shiny dark color. The worst part about trying to use them is that the caps are very very tight to take off! I really hope it gets easier with use. It's such a break stop and try to tear off the cap with both hands to use the pen. Overall the quality of the nibs and ink seems to be good. I don't see a wide range of lines for handles 01, 02, 03! :( So maybe I need to take another brand and compare. The S and L tips are like a hard pointed brush tip but not as flexible as the BR tip.
