ok so i own wahl detailer and wahl edgeri buy both from amazon if you ask me which one to buy i say "i don't know" they work very similar to me. Both heat up a little, and the detailer is light and smaller with a large blade, the Wahl razor is slightly larger with a smaller blade, both can do the same job for you. I set the Wahl Detailer to 0 Overlap and it feels good man it feels like it's scratching you but you can't see it. Overall it does its job, nice lines and all. and it feels better than doing the same job as a detailer, clean nice lines and all, and the blade is smaller so it helps you a little more than a big blade but it won't scratch you as much as a detailer , I put it on I don't know which one to recommend, so buy it and try it
