When it arrived the headphones only worked on one channel. It also crashed a few times and had to restart. I was about to return it but looked inside and saw that a better headphone jack could easily be added. The touchscreen response time is slow, probably to save battery power, the processor is slow. This can be the cause of freezes, now I take my time when I press the screen. Since then no more freezing. The sound is a bit weak and a bit distorted. But for a pocket SDR radio with all these features, I can live with that. Bought for travel, will do the job. You really need a "real" antenna to get decent RF reception (which is to be expected), so buy an SMA to BNC adapter or maybe a long travel cable. Very pleased with the sensitivity and selectivity. It can't compete with my IC7300, but then my 7300 doesn't fit in my pocket.
