It was easy to clean and durable BUT according to the video it crumbled the hamburger while browning the hamburger. This was NOT the case when I crumbled the hamburger over spaghetti. A few minutes into preparing the raw burger I had to switch to a spatula because the product didn't break the burger! Why do I want to use two things when trying to toast and crumble a hamburger? I tried using it for a few minutes and didn't use it anymore. I would not recommend this product!
