I've been looking for something like this for many years! That's all that's good about a scrub dad, regular sponges, and a tea towel without the undesirable qualities of each. If you use any of the above, I'll tell you why you should make the switch below: Scrub Dad: The Scrub Dad is amazing, but it goes bad very quickly, especially after warm water soaking and scrubbing. I would say the peeling dad lasts 2, maybe 3 weeks before breaking and losing its stiffness. The scrub daddy is also not as flexible as this fabric. Sponge: Sponges are great, but they are gross and start smelling after 2 days. This tea towel does not smell. I've been using it for several weeks and it doesn't smell. Plain Old Tea Towel: These cotton napkins seem to be the perfect solution. "Why not just use a regular washcloth and toss it in the laundry when it's supposed to be clean?" Tea towels don't get that clean. After all, they smell too, and the washing machine is NO MAGIC. They get rough, cotton can't get as clean as this tea towel. If you're used to using a regular kitchen towel and love it, then you'll love this.
