Lots of things to like…. It worked. Toslink DAC works. BT won't reconnect and won't hear my reason…. I have another from a different brand and it has taken over BT and connects to my phone when I turn it on. This might be a feature for some, but for me it's extremely annoying. This does not automatically connect BT Rx so I can control what device I connect to via my phone. Sometimes less is more. Both 3.5mm and RCA outputs work well. The only downside was that 3.5mm from a DVD/CD doesn't sound very good although it works, and Toslink from the same DVD/CD works fine. Zone 2 RCA from another amp was as good as it gets. So it could just be an impedance mismatch. I'm using this to connect a recently purchased vintage hobby amp to the aux port and it works fine. The only thing I would like to see additionally is the specs of the DAC... 16-bit/24-bit resolution? Not inclined to open and check the chip. So a solid 4 stars, but I'd give 4.5 if I could choose that. Five if there is information about the internal chipset. Note: The previous reviewer gave 1 star because he said he had done well with EE and wasn't sure what happened to his setup. Of course, that doesn't sound like a fair estimate to me since the installation is rudimentary and easy. From one EO to another.
