This is a very good camera!

After reading many reviews, mostly from people who can't resist comparing this camera to a $700 DSLR. It's better than I expected. The build quality is first class. The buttons are of good quality, look good and are small enough to fit in a shirt pocket. Several people praised this camera but complained about the lack of indoor performance. I get very good results indoors. In general, the camera is very easy to use. Good photos can be taken with a little practice. In video mode, this camera rivals my dedicated camcorder in many ways, with the exception of sound quality. The sound captured by this camera is not so noticeable that you can hear every tiny sound. When my camcorder records in stereo, the sound is so overpowering that it's distracting. I used a standard 2GB SD card which seems to work fine. I really think one of the faster capture cards would be a good idea, especially if you make a lot of videos. Video in highest quality mode takes up some space. A 2GB SD card will give you about 20 minutes of video, that's all I need for now. In conclusion, I can recommend this camera. It does what Panasonic advertises it should do. It takes great photos and videos and seems to be a very high quality camera that should do a good job. So for the great price that Revain is offering this camera for, I'd say go for it. .I ordered this camera on Monday morning and received it on Thursday morning. This is typical Revain first class service. One last thing to compare this camera to the TZ5. TZ4 is the best value for money. The TZ5 offers a few extra features, but I have a feeling you'll find this camera very feature-rich and likely with everything you need.
