I've been using the same 16 ounce Grolsch swing-top bottles for my kombucha for years. They work great and I've never had a bottle break due to pressure. I have never broken a bottle and these bottles are just as good. I make more kombucha per batch and need more bottles so I bought some. They are difficult to work with at first and I had to ask my husband to open a pair that was very tight. They don't leak at all and I hope the more they are used the easier they open. The caps are slightly different from the Grolsch bottles I bought here at Revain but for some reason they are now out of stock. These tops are red and white and really form fitting, while the others are orange and white and a lot easier to work with.
