Tablet from A&T. This item is not visible in the photo. The charger is also defective. Tried three different dowels. I took a load from a friend, it works. So the charger I was sent is definitely defective. I have not received any warranty information. I emailed the seller prior to receiving the item, he said the warranty was in the box. Had not. The box contained only a tablet and a defective charger. UPDATE: I have returned this item. The manager contacted me to ask if I would like him to send me a warranty card and a new charger. I declined because I just don't feel comfortable buying a reconditioned car right now. The warranty card was just a card with the company's phone number on it. I'm not sure how valid that would be or what the warranty terms were. I bought a tablet directly from Samsung. It costs more but I can rest assured that I have a 1 year warranty and this is a brand new item. Rating changed from 1 star to 3 stars based on a post from "Alex" the manager who seems really trying to be helpful.
